About MeterEase

MeterEase, LLC builds software for landlords and property owners who need to split a master utility bill across units and email each tenant their share.

What it is

You upload a bill you already receive, choose how to allocate it (for example square footage, occupancy, bedrooms, or percent), and send invoices that can include the source bill. MeterEase is amath helper for that workflow.

What it is not

• Not a utility company, meter installer, or regulated billing agent
• Not a property-management system or rent portal
• Not legal advice, compliance certification, or a law firm
• Does not collect tenant utility payments in the current product

You remain the landlord of record. You choose the method, own the lease terms, and decide what to send.
