What does the 7-day trial include?

Are there per-unit fees, annual plans, or promo codes?
No. Each plan is one flat price per month. There is no annual plan, no discount, and no promo code. The price does not rise when you add a unit inside the plan’s cap.
Which plan fits my portfolio?
Starter is one property, up to 4 units. Growth is up to about 20 units and 5 properties. Portfolio is more than 20 units or 5 properties. Growth fits landlords who need hybrid splits, proration, or CAM and insurance.
Does MeterEase collect what tenants owe?
No. Tenants pay you the way they already pay rent. MeterEase never touches tenant money. You get a CSV for your rent app, or a DoorLoop push on Growth and Portfolio.
