Run this split every month without the spreadsheet
MeterEase reads the master bill PDF, applies your method and vacancy rule, and emails each tenant their share with the source bill attached, after you check the numbers. Plans start at $14/month.
Questions
Where do these links go?
Every link goes to a state or federal government site, or to a free nonprofit legal-help site. MeterEase does not copy or host these documents, so you always get the publisher’s current version.
Is there an official lease form for my state?
Only a few states publish one. Florida (court-approved forms), Maine (Attorney General model lease) and Connecticut (Department of Housing model lease) do. Most states publish guides, not lease forms. Avoid paying for “official” state leases from other sites.
Why is a link missing for my state?
We only list pages we could open and confirm on the date shown. If a state’s site blocked our check or we could not find an official page, we left it out rather than guess.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are links to general information. Laws change and cities often add their own rules. Check the current law, or talk to a local attorney, before you rely on any of it.
